Concentrate Reprocessing Can Packaging Line

Operating principal

The Concentrate Reworking and Packaging Line is a process where the product is diluted to the desired concentration and then packed.  During the preparation, the raw material is extracted from the bins and conveyed to the production line.  The reworking monoblock prepares the product at the required Brix degree and conveys it to the filling and closing line.
The filled closed cans are pasteurised, dried, electronically checked, then placed into a carton, which is then labelled.  The cartons are then piled onto pallets.  Once the pallet is full, it is wrapped in film and stored in the warehouse.
