The Vacuum Seamer is an indispensable resource for the food industry, to preserve and protect all kinds of food products over a long period of time, especially in the case of products that are sensitive to air exposure.
This type of seamer employs a vacuum technology to hermetically seal containers, thus preventing the product inside from coming into contact with air. This vacuum closure, restricts the development of mould and bacteria, maintaining the products’ freshness for a long time.
The ZACMI Vacuum Seamer is designed to handle air-sensitive products, such as: meat, fish, sweet corn, peas and other granular products like cereals and coffee. The seamer’s mechanical design, with a vacuum chamber entirely in stainless steel, makes it suitable also for traditional seaming operation, without a vacuum atmosphere.
The seamer’s technology includes a fully automatic oil lubrication circuit, designed to guarantee a total absence of spillage even during high-speed running, for both solid and liquid products. Furthermore, its special feeding belt system reduces wear, minimising maintenance and ensuring a long-term seaming efficiency.
ZACMI quality, as always, ensures a high standard of hygiene, due to a fully stainless-steel construction. The materials are completely washable and the inclined base
further improves access for cleaning.
