Modular Tunnel Pasteuriser – Cooler
This equipment is used to pasteurise and cool food products in metal, glass, plastic or multi-layer containers, under atmospheric pressure.
The machine is composed of modules that can operate as pasteurisation or cooling, depending on the predefined programme.
Pasteuriser working principle
• Pasteurisation is obtained by heating the product in its various containers, using hot water coming from heat exchangers. Here, the hot water sprayed over the containers is filtered and recycled. The water temperature is measured by probes, that monitor the valve opening and maintain the set temperature in various points.
Cooler working principle
• Container cooling is obtained by means of cold water nebulisation or in some cases, by water at a decreasing temperature.

Spiral Pasteuriser – Cooler
This equipment pasteurises and cools rigid or flexible containers, such as can or pouches.
It consists of two units: the first is used to pasteurise and the second to cool.
Pasteuriser working principle
• Pasteurisation is obtained by heating the product in its various containers, via direct steam. The pasteurisation temperature is measured by means of probes that monitor the valve opening and maintain the set temperature in various points.
Cooler working principle
• Container cooling is obtained by means of cold water nebulisation.
