The Flowmeter Filler is used to accurately dose liquid products of medium or high thickness into containers, such as bottles, cans, pouches or glass jars. This filler is equipped with flowmeters that are fundamental in measuring the product flow, assuring that each container is filled to the same extent.
The Flowmeter Filler operates by setting an electronic control system that regulates the filling speed according to the desired quantity. It is also equipped with a pressurised filling tank that conveys the product towards the container through a dosing valve with cycles controlled by a special flowmeter.
Fillable Containers
The filling valve opens and closes automatically, allowing the desired quantity of product to flow into the container. Once the dosage volume is reached, the filling valve closes automatically and the product flow consequently stops.
