Green bean snipper
The snipper is suitable to cut the extremities of every green bean; in order to guarantee a perfect snipping it is important for the slots to be proportionate to the green bean dimension.
If the slot were too tight, the product extremities would be cut only partially; but, on the other hand, if it were too big, there would be too much waste and the production yield would be undermined. During the drum rotation process, the product extremities placed into the slots run into some knives that touch their external surface and cut its exceeding parts. At the end of this working phase, the product proceeds to the following step.
