Clean Design Seamers
The Clean Design ZACMI Seamer is a practical and functional AISI 304 stainless steel instrument, that stands out due to its easy use and high-quality construction. Built entirely in stainless steel and oil-lubricated, the Clean Design Seamer with 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and12 heads, is suitable to close any kind of rigid round-shaped container.
Its structure is, in fact, predisposed to guarantee the absence of vibration, in all working conditions and the seaming system is controlled by a desmodromic cam, ideal for high-speed operat
Furthermore, the Clean Design Seamer features a completely automatic and centralised lubrication system, equipped with a closed-circuit oil recirculation, oil tank, recycle pump and independent ducted distribution system. This system guarantees the automatic control of all lubrication points, including the seaming roll oil lubrication; an advantage that allows to reduce maintenance costs.
Fillable Containers
ZACMI Clean Design Seamers have an oil/water separation system, designed to avoid the presence of water in the lubrication circuit, thus reducing the risk of rust formation and oxidation. Moreover, the chain transmission system in special steel, has the advantage of a longer duration, without the risk of corrosion caused by aggressive products.
ZACMI’s achievement in maintenance facilitation
Normally, the maintenance and cleaning of a clean design seamer, may present some critical points, but ZACMI has conceived a rapid seaming pressure regulation system, that excludes the need to disassemble the plate from the outside. Not only: the space dedicated to the pneumatic plant inside the protections, allows for an easy and quick extraction of the chuck-holding shaft. Lastly, the special lid-feeding adjustment system, excludes the need for spacers. Every part is designed to respect the hygiene and cleaning standards and to assure the most innovative solution in the seaming of all types of rigid containers.
