Piston Fillers
ZACMI Piston Fillers are used in the food sector to accurately dose liquids or thick products. They are particularly suitable where an extremely precise dosage is required, as well as a high production speed. In fact, piston fillers can accurately and evenly dose large amounts of product at high speed.
They are equipped with one or more pistons that take up product from the dosage tank and then feed it through a pipe into a package or container. The amount of product dosed may be regulated by modifying the piston volume and the duration of the product expulsion. Piston Fillers can be operated via an automatic control system, in accordance with the application’s requirements.
