Vacuum Fillers
ZACMI Vacuum Filler machinery is available in two versions: with internal or external valves. It is designed to fill cans or jars with liquid or thick products, with or without suspended solids. The Vacuum Filler is the perfect solution to complete the filling of containers that have been previously filled with solid product, or one-shot filling, as is the case with soups or sauces containing pieces. Every Vacuum Filler is equipped with a system to create a vacuum inside the container by means of a rotary distribution pump. The procedure is that when the air is completely extracted, a special cam controls the opening of the filling valve, allowing the flow of product from the tank into the containers. Once this first phase is complete, the containers are transferred to a Seamer or Capper. Moreover, the Vacuum Fillers may also be arranged in accordance with Customers’ needs and then mechanically or electronically synchronised with any ZACMI Seamer.
