Internal Valve Vacuum Filler
ZACMI Vacuum Fillers are the perfect solution to complete the filling of containers that have been pre-filled with solid product, or for the total filling of containers with thick products. They are designed to preserve the freshness and quality of the products.
Fillable Containers
The Vacuum Filler is equipped with a system that creates a vacuum inside the container, by means of a dedicated pump and a rotary distributor. With this technology, the container under vacuum, comes into contact with the product to be filled, through a valve.
The Vacuum Filler is equipped with a safety device called “No can – No fill”, whereby there is no product waste in the absence of a container to be filled.
