Fillable Containers
In fact, the Rotary Valve Piston Filler employs an operating system whereby the piston is connected to a mobile valve that is equipped with a mechanism to control its position and consequently also the precise quantity of product dosed.
When the piston performs its upward stroke, the rotary valve closes, preventing product passage, whilst, during the piston’s downward stroke, the rotary valve opens, allowing the product flow through the dosing pipe. The amount of product dosed can be adjusted by changing the size of the piston and by setting the rotary valve’s opening time.
