Welcome to our whistleblowing channel

Whistleblowing is a term used to refer to the act of reporting wrongdoing or illegal behaviour within an organisation. A person who has knowledge of illegal or unethical activities within the company may use our internal reporting channel, or whistleblowing function, to report such behaviour.

Reports can also be made anonymously and represent a form of protection for the person making the report.

The law aims to incentivise the cooperation of employees in order to facilitate the detection of corrupt or other offences within public and private entities. We guarantee that your case and your identity will be treated confidentially. You are also protected against possible retaliation

What can you report?

When submitting a report, you must have good reason to believe that the information provided is true at the time of the report. The purpose of the reporting channel is to prevent and detect fraud and corruption, illegal activities and regulatory non-compliance in a number of areas. It can also cover illegal, unethical or harmful activities that may have a negative impact on others.

These are the offences you can report:

  • Infringement of regulations on network and information system security
  • Infringement of regulations on the protection of human rights, privacy and personal data
  • Offences related to terrorism (including financing of terrorism)
  • Infringement of regulations on the protection of the environment
  • Offences related to public procurement
  • Offences related to services, products and financial markets and prevention of money laundering
  • Offences related to product safety and compliance food and feed safety; animal health and welfare
  • Offences related to transport safety
  • Infringement of regulations protecting public health
  • Infringement of consumer protection regulations
  • Infringement of competition and state aid rules
  • Infringements relating to corporate tax rules
  • Administrative, accounting and criminal offences occurring in the business environment not included in the above

Your report

Your report must contain the following information

  • The type of irregularity you wish to report.
  • Where it took place.
  • When it took place. Provide date and time and indicate whether the irregularity is recurrent.
  • Documentation in any format, if accessible. If the documentation is not accessible, but you know it exists, indicate the type of documentation and where it can be found.
  • Details of any other action taken in relation to the irregularity.

Attention! It is important that you read and understand the contents of the Confidentiality of Data link before submitting your report. You should not send any personal data that is not strictly relevant to the report. However, if you send it, we are entitled to delete this information without informing you.

Anonymous or confidential reporting

You can choose between reporting anonymously and providing your name and contact details when submitting a report. If you choose anonymous reporting, your identity will remain completely hidden unless you voluntarily provide personal information. There is no obligation to disclose your personal data. If you choose confidential reporting, you must provide your name and contact information. This option may be required by some organisations and will facilitate necessary investigations and follow-up actions. Appropriate measures will be taken to protect your identity and the information you provide, in accordance with whistleblower protection laws.

Oral or written reporting.

You may choose between oral or written reporting. If you choose to provide an oral report, you will have the option of directly recording an audio report - from a minimum of 3 (three) to a maximum of 10 (ten) minutes. Whether the reporter chooses to identify himself/herself or opts for an anonymous report, the reporter's voice is altered and made unrecognisable through special technical measures.
