Information in conformity with art. 13 UE Rule GDPR 2016/679

The personal data is collected and treated in accordance with art. 13 UE Rule 2016/679, to guarantee that the data treatment is made in full respect of personal rights, fundamental freedom and dignity. 1) AIM OF DATA TREATMENT The information collected is to identify you (name, e-mail address, text of the message, etc.) in order to follow up your request in all its natural form. 2) TREATMENT METHOD Data treatment will be made through computer and/or manually, in a legal and ethical way, to assure privacy and safety by using suitable logical safety, organisation and physical means. 3) NATURE OF DATA TRANSMISSION Data transfer is compulsory for the reasons expressed at point 1, in order to be able to render the requested service. 4) DATA COMMUNICATION Personal data treated will not be communicated to any third party. 5) DATA DIFFUSION No personal data regarding the specific treatment involved will be passed on to any third party. 6) TRANSFER ABROAD The personal data handled will in no way be transferred abroad. 7) PERSONAL RIGHTS (GDPR arts. 15-22) The person involved, may, at any time, exert the right to: -Ask confirmation of the possible presence of their personal data. -Obtain indications on the reasons for data treatment, in relation to the personal data category, addressees or the categories to -whom or which they have been transmitted and, where possible, the storage time. -Obtain the correction and cancellation of data. -Obtain the treatment limit. -Obtain the mobility of the data, i.e., receive them from the data controller, in a structured form of common use, leggible by the automatic device and transmit them to another data controller without difficulty. -Oppose oneself to the treatment at any moment, even in the event of handling for the scope of direct marketing. -Oppose oneself to an automatic decisional process related to the person, including profiling. -Address a complaint to the Italian Guarantor Authorities for data protection. 8) TREATMENT REFERENCE The data treatment reference is Zanichelli Meccanica S.p.a.
