Word has leaked from the archives of a certain secret service: the much‑rumoured ‘mother ship’ will touch down at drinktec 2025 in Munich, 15–19 September.

But what exactly is it? The craft now has a name: Be‑Fill.

After seventy years devoted to filling and seaming, ZACMI is ready to unveil its electronic, volumetric rotary filler—engineered to turn every can into a miniature masterpiece—right in the heart of Hall A5.

A filler for every beverage, at any temperature

From crisp lagers at 2 °C to hot-fill products at 90 °C, Be-Fill effortlessly handles:

  • beer and carbonated drinks
  • energy drinks
  • juices and still products, cold or hot

Dedicated valves for each category ensure gentle product handling and consistent quality.

Designed for scalability

Whether your mission calls for 50 or 128  filling valves, Be-Fill adapts.
Pair them with a 6- to 12-head seamer: the unit debuting in Munich boasts 116 valves + 12 heads, proof that high output can reside in one compact carousel.

Change formats in minutes

Switch from a 200 to a 206 can-end with a single action—no manual adjustment, no loss of precision. The machine also processes aluminium or steel cans from 80 to 200 mm tall. Production stops? Almost abducted.

Volumetric accuracy – every cycle, every shift

A brushless drive keeps infeed, filler and seamer in perfect sync, while the electronic volumetric system doses the exact volume into each can. The result: repeatable accuracy and virtually zero waste.

Built for hygiene, engineered for uptime

Great care has been taken to ensure hygiene and ease of maintenance. The machine is fed from an external buffer tank via a centrifugal pump, minimising product hold-up inside the unit.

The filling valves, secured with just two screws and free from external pneumatic connections, allow faster servicing and keep the carousel exterior clean.

To further protect hygiene and product quality, Be-Fill is equipped with specialised valves:

  1. dual-channel flushing valves to minimise oxygen pick-up in oxidation-sensitive products while optimising CO₂ consumption
  2. single-channel valves for standard beverages
  3. internal-recirculation valves that pre-heat the circuit for hot-fill operations

At the heart of the machine is a purpose-designed lower manifold that optimises internal fluid dynamics, ensuring ideal gas and liquid flows from the external tank to the rotating section, while reducing lubrication and maintenance requirements.

The technical package is completed by an innovative empty-can reject system and easily removable hygienic guards, making routine maintenance even simpler.

Finally, Be-Fill can be fitted with an optional liquid nitrogen dosing system—ideal for producers who demand rigorous quality standards and extended product shelf-life.
