6 – Increase market shares, promoting the expansion of the company and the consolidation of the corporate bran;
7 – Increase company working efficiency in all its aspects with the application of the Lean method;
8 – Prefer qualified Suppliers that follow our same Quality and Environment Control System principles;
9 – Consolidate the programming, production planning and cost determination systems;
10 – Maintain a high level of attention and care in every employee towards quality and environment, keeping them informed on engagements and results achieved, in order to increase the degree of knowledge, awareness and motivation;
11 – Enhancement of the technical and general skills of our human resources, followed by training and inclusive activities, to assure alignment between the expected and effective competence;
12 – Monitoring and reduction of any non-conformity, including those of an environmental nature;

19 – Monitor the residual risk control level in order to further reduce any potential risk through continuous improvement actions;
20 – Regularly and accurately monitor and measure its environmental performance, collecting the results.
